The developers of Rug Rumble (“Rug Rumble,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provide an on-chain luck-based game with Rug Rumble Run and related interfaces (collectively, the “Rug Rumble Service”) via https://rugrumble.xyz and associated smart-contract front-ends. By connecting a wallet, starting a game session, or otherwise using the Rug Rumble Service, you (“User” or “you”) confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). The Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines displayed on the Rug Rumble Service form part of these Terms.

Please read carefully. These terms contain (1) A Binding Arbitration Agreement AND (2) A Class-Action Waiver. They affect your legal rights.

We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the “Effective Date.” Except for changes addressing new features, amendments take effect fourteen (14) days after posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1) What is the Rug Rumble Service?

a. Overview

• Rug Rumble Run is an on-chain path-selection game deployed on Monad.
• Each session is recorded as a transaction; you navigate through a series of doors.
• Each row contains doors a player much choose from—stepping through a Rug door ends the session and the player loses their deposit for that session.
• A player can cash out from a session at any point between rows of door, as long as they’ve not stepped through a Rug door that signals end of their session and forfeiture of their deposit.

b. Not a Security

• Game sessions, points, and any associated digital assets are entertainment products, not securities, commodities, or financial instruments.

c. Prohibited Countries

• The Rug Rumble Service is not available globally. You may only use it if you are not a resident of or located in a Prohibited Country as follows-
  • Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Canada, China (Mainland), Cuba, France, Germany, Hong Kong (China), India, Indonesia, Iran, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela.
  • This list of prohibited countries is subject to change
• You represent and warrant that you are not accessing from a Prohibited Country and agree not to use IP-masking or VPNs to bypass restrictions. We reserve the right to terminate access and invalidate rewards if you misrepresent your location.
